Headcorn.
Almost everything I know about the vessel Headcorn featured in this image has been through Internet searches. The 112 Gross Ton vessel started life in 1972 as the Clovelly Class, Naval Auxilliary vessel Headcorn A1766. Later on at the end of her Naval career she was converted for a number of roles including Diving Support, Offshore Wind support and Towage. She is owned and operated by Northwest Marine. This image of the civilian Headcorn was captured in February 2008 from the deck of a Red Funnel car and passenger ferry and shows her tied up at a Berth at Shepherds Marina on the River Medina at West Cowes Isle of Wight.
