Ivory Gull.
I discovered purely by accident that all of my images of the Junk Rigged yacht Ivory Gull were captured over the 2 year period 2007/2008. This led me to the conclusion that she had probably been sold since those years and relocated to somewhere else in the UK. My initial Internet searches proved fruitless until I came across the Web site of the Junk Rig Association where I found a number of references to the yacht in my image. Her Home Base at that time was a berth on the River Hamble. From the Site's forum discussions, I learnt that she was offered for sale in 2013 and eventually sold in 2015 after which she relocated to Devon. This image, like the other one of her in this sub gallery, was captured from the Moat Wall of Calshot Castle Southampton and shows her sailing in the Solent, heading in the direction of Southampton Water.
