I believe that this picture was taken on the occasion of Freedom of the Seas maiden arrival at the port of Southampton in April 2006. The image was captured from Calshot Spit on the Solent and shows part of the large crowd of ship enthusiasts that had gathered to mark the occasion and to welcome her to the port.
