I visited the Port of Valetta on the Island of Malta a number of times in the 1960's when I served as a Merchant Navy ship's Radio Officer. The cargos carried were usually munitions, military equipment and on one occasion a Centurion Tank. Valetta was an interesting place to visit for a run ashore in the 1960's particularly if there were Naval ships in the harbour at the time. This image was taken sometime in the 1990's during a family holiday on the Island. On that visit I was using an APS film camera so the image shown has been scanned and processed through a number of photographic applications such as Adobe Lightroom and Topaz Labs Gigapixel AI.
