This image of the mouth to the River Hamble Hampshire was captured from Southampton Water in November 2017. It shows the navigation channel into the river, the gravel bank which poses a serious danger to shipping particularly small boats and the lifeboat launching platform belonging to the Warsash Maritime Academy which is a part of Southampton's Solent University.
