This image shows the jockeying for position of Dinghy sailors and their craft prior to the start whistle at the commencement of a race. The craft belong to the Calshot Activity Centre and I presume the participants in the race were attending a training event. The image was taken near to the RNLI Lifeboat station at Calshot and looks across the safe waters between the lifeboat station and the berths at the Fawley Refinery. I enjoyed watching the competition and no holds barred attitude between the sailors. Image captured in June 2021.
