An Internet search on the name Sapphire of Broadway reveals that she is a Hallberg Rassey 34 foot yacht that is owned and maintained by the Metropolitan Police Sailing Club (MPSC). She is available for Charter by members of the MPSC with appropriate yachting qualifications. A great deal of information about her and her two sisters is available on the Internet. I captured this and a series of other images of her from the deck of a Red Funnel Car ferry that was sailing across the Solent Southampton in June 2011 heading for East Cowes Isle of Wight.
