Sir Humphrey Gale.
This image of the Ministry of Defence Police Launch Sir Humphrey Gale was captured in September 2006 in Portsmouth Harbour as she was heading at speed towards the harbour entrance accompanied by a police Rigid Inflatable Boat (presumably also owned by the MOD). I have no idea what she was responding to in this image.
