The 3364 Gross Ton, Multi purpose drilling vessel Geoquip Seehorn featured in this image was built in Norway in 1985 as a offshore tug/supply vessel and originally named Normand Draupne. She was converted in Poland in 2015 to be a Multi Purpose Drilling Vessel (as seen in the Photograph) and named Omalius. When I saw Geoquip Seehorn she was berthed in Southampton's Eastern Docks adjacent to the Ocean Cruise terminal and near to the P and O Cruise ship Iona. The image was captured in August 2021 from the deck of the preserved steam ship SS Shieldhall.
