HMS Endurance (A171).
Built in Norway in 1991 and launched with a civilian name she was leased and then purchased by the Royal Navy in 1992 and renamed HMS Endurance (A171). She remained in commission until 2008 when she was laid up in Portsmouth (until 2016) after which she was towed to Turkey for scrapping. This image of her was captured in Portsmouth Harbour in September 2009 just after she had arrived at the Royal Dockyard.
