Delfino.
When I searched the Internet for information about the Motor Yacht Delfino seen in this image I struck lucky because all of her details are recorded on the Web site of the National Historic Ships organisation (Registration number 3585). Delfino was built at Ryde in 1965 by the Isle of Wight ship builder H Alrith and Sons. She is 40 feet long and just over 12 feet wide with a Gross Tonnage of 14 Tons. Between 2011 and 2018 she was named Dolphin of Rhu. This image of Delfino was captured from the Moat Wall of Calshot Castle Southampton in June 2021 and shows Delfino approaching the Reach navigation Buoy as she motors down Southampton Water heading in the direction of the Solent.
