Sichem Croisic.
I was on board the Paddle Steamer Waverley in September 2017 when this image of the Chemical/oil Products Tanker Sichem Croisic was captured. At that time both vessels were in the Eastern Solent just off the lifeboat station at Bembridge Isle of Wight. At the time, the Waverley was underway whilst Sichem Croisic was at anchor, presumably awaiting a berth at the Fawley Refinery Southampton. The 5214 Gross Ton Sichem Croisic was built in Norway in 2001 and when I saw her was Registered in Malta. In 2024 Internet sources reveal that she is now named Kairuca and Registered in Turkey.
