Boa Esperanka.
The Boa Esperanka seen in this image is a replica of a 15th Century Portuguese Caraval of the same name that sailed to India during its life. This replica sailing ship was built in 1990 as a means of promoting tourism in the Algarve Portugal. The replica is capable of accommodating a total of 22 crew and has sailed regularly from Portugal to the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. This image of the replica was captured in May 2017 when she was berthed at West Cowes Isle of Wight.
