Sir Galahad L3005
The Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) ship Sir Galahad shown here sailing up Southampton Water in April 2006 was the second ship to bear the name, the first having been lost in the Falklands conflict in 1982. Classed as a Round Table Class Landing ship Logistics the ship featured was a familiar sight in Southampton waters and at the Marchwood Military port at the time this photograph was taken. She was eventually sold to the Brazilian Navy in 2007.
