A stern view of the Waste Disposal Vessel Douglas McWilliam as she heads across the River Test in the Port of Southampton towards the Container Terminal in July 2009. Built in1983 with a gross tonnage of 172 Tons, she was operated by the Onyx Marine Waste Management Company. In the background you can see part of the hull of the Liquid Natural Gas Tanker Margaret Hill that had been impounded by the UK's Environment Agency and prevented from leaving port.
