Ocean Majesty.
There is another image of the Cruise Ship Ocean Majesty in this Sub Gallery but this one was captured at the much earlier date of October 2007. This image shows her berthed in Southampton's Eastern docks at the QE2 terminal when she was under charter to the UK based travel agents Page and Moy. Ocean Majesty was designed and built in Spain as a passenger ferry. She came into service in 1966 and was originally named Juan March. Later converted into a cruise ship she has a Gross Tonnage of 10417 Tons and is capable of accommodating 621 passengers and 257 crew. As far as I can establish (November 2023) she is still in service as a cruise ship at the grand old age of 57. Her survival and long maritime career is a tribute to her builders and many owners.
