USS Philippine Sea CG-58.
According to an Internet source the American warship USS Philippine Sea CG-58 shown in this image is a Flight II Ticonderoga Class Guided Missile Cruiser. She was commissioned in March 1989 and at the time I saw her in July 2017 was attached to the George H W Bush Strike Group. The image was captured through the tinted glass surrounding an observation platform on the Spinnaker Tower Portsmouth. USS Philippine Sea is seen tied up at a berth at Her Majesty's Naval Base (HMNB) Portsmouth. The Aircraft Carrier George H W Bush was too big for Portsmouth Harbour and at the time the image was captured was anchored in Stokes Bay just off the Portsmouth Harbour entrance.
