Ierapetra L.
The Greek Registered car and passenger ferry Ierapetra L was built in Japan in 1975 and during her long career at sea had a number of different owners and was renamed ten times. This image of her when she was owned by the Greek ferry company Lane Lines was captured in 2006 in an early morning as she was approaching the Port of Piraeus. There is much information on the Internet about her life and history including reports that she suffered an engine room fire in 2015 and was eventually taken out of service and laid up in 2017.
